Before that, he was instrumental in recruiting the trusted Board of Directors that collectively arrived at the GenRx Pharmacy Group, raising over a million dollars in funding through his discussion and mutually beneficial relationships with multiple financial institutions, among other successful business ventures.
Ron Evans | Chairman of the Board
Ron Evans is a cross-functional healthcare executive with expertise in leading medical professionals and administrative staff in the constantly changing, regulated healthcare environment. He has over 30 years of experience in key administrative and leadership roles in hospitals, physician groups and academic medicine. He has held CEO positions in both primary care and specialty groups.
Ron’s core competencies include physician compensation, contract negotiations with both physician and Advanced Practice Providers as well as hospitals and managed care organizations, operational efficiencies and Revenue Cycle optimization, start-ups, turn-arounds and mergers and acquisitions, and population health strategies and management.
Herbert K. Parker | Executive Financial Advisor
Herbert K. Parker is a former Executive of Harman International where he served as Chief Financial Officer (2008– 2014) and as Executive Vice President of Operational Excellence (2015-2017). As CFO and EVP - Operational Excellence, Herbert’s responsibilities included all financial activities of Harman as well as Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Technology and Internal Audit.
Herbert serves on the board of TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) Corporation, American Axel & Manufacturing (NYSE: AXL), Apogee Enterprise Inc. (NASDAQ: APOG) and nVent Electric PLC. (NYSE: NVT). Additionally, Herbert serves on the board of the Stamford, CT YMCA. In 2014, The Wall Street Journal ranked Herbert #10 on the publication’s list of top 20 performing CFO’s in the S&P 500. Herbert earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Lee University in Cleveland, TN.

With more than 30 years of industry,management consulting and leadership experience under his belt, Mr. Larkin became the founder of Soláthair, LLC, a Management Consulting firm specializing in the areas of operations improvement, sourcing and procurement, supply chain, merger integration and cost optimization. Mr. Larkin is responsible for the business development of the company, management of existing clients, oversight of daily operations and management of the back office. He is known for providing leadership and vision in developing business opportunities.
